The olives are in! As the grape harvest winds down, so the olive harvest begins. Olive Hill Estate has natural underground hot springs which provide an incredible micro-climate and growing conditions for both olive trees and grapes. On the estate, we are blessed with multiple groves of 140 year old French Picholine olive trees, from which we craft our estate extra virgin olive oil.
