Spring is on the way! Arugula Salad is a classic, easy dish, with a beautiful in-between seasons feel.

Arugula has a strong flavor so requires an equally strong dressing. Here are some great options, and remember to use your favorite B.R. Cohn Olive Oils and Vinegars!
